Chocolate Mousse $48

Dark chocolate mousse with chocolate sponge cake soaked in

tahitian vanilla syrup and chocolate buttercream.

Lemon Fondant $48

Brown butter genois soaked in lemon syrup, filled with

lemon curd and glazed with lemon fondant, lemon buttercream.

Hazelnut Dulce De Leche $55

Chocolate sponge cake soaked in a hazelnut liqueur syrup,

layered with dulce de leche, glazed with hazelnut ganache

and wrapped with roasted hazelnuts.

Shortbread Cookie Assortment $10/dz.
